James Bahati
Founder & Chief Executive OfficerBorn in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo and displaced by conflict, James Bahati transformed personal adversity into a powerful life mission.
As a refugee who later gained access to life-changing educational opportunities, he developed a deep conviction: that no young African’s future should be limited by their circumstances.
Today, James is pursuing a degree in International Business Administration at United States International University.
Guided by his journey, he founded AYIODE — a bold Pan-African organization committed to educating and developing 10 million ethical and entrepreneurial African leaders by 2050.
Through the development of world-class leadership academies, universities, scholarship programs, and continental networks, James is building systems that expand access to opportunity and empower young Africans to lead change across all sectors.
His vision is clear and uncompromising: to build a generation of African leaders capable of transforming the continent — from within.
Bonface Inganga
Chief Partnerships & Fundraising OfficerBonface Inganga is a strategic partnerships and resource mobilization leader driving AYIODE’s growth through impactful collaborations and sustainable funding. He leads engagement with foundations, the private sector, and global institutions to strengthen AYIODE’s capacity and scale its mission across Africa.
With strong expertise in fundraising, grant acquisition, and stakeholder engagement, Bonface turns vision into resources and builds cross-sector partnerships that advance sustainable development. His experience spans civil society, international organizations, and grassroots initiatives in education, governance, digital inclusion, and social impact.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration (Finance) and an MBA in Strategic Management & Human Resources from United States International University. Passionate about Africa’s transformation, Bonface is committed to building systems and partnerships that create inclusive, scalable impact.
