Born in Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo and displaced by conflict, James Bahati transformed personal adversity into a powerful life mission.
As a refugee who later gained access to life-changing educational opportunities, he developed a deep conviction: that no young African’s future should be limited by their circumstances.
Today, James is pursuing a degree in International Business Administration at United States International University.
Guided by his journey, he founded AYIODE — a bold Pan-African organization committed to educating and developing 10 million ethical and entrepreneurial African leaders by 2050.
Through the development of world-class leadership academies, universities, scholarship programs, and continental networks, James is building systems that expand access to opportunity and empower young Africans to lead change across all sectors.
His vision is clear and uncompromising: to build a generation of African leaders capable of transforming the continent — from within.
