James Bahati
Founder & CEOBorn in eastern DR Congo and displaced by conflict, James turned adversity into purpose. A refugee who received transformative education, he founded AYIODE to ensure no talented African youth is limited by circumstance.
His vision: educate and develop 10 million ethical and entrepreneurial African leaders by 2050 through world-class leadership academies, universities, mentorship programs, and Pan-African networks.
